Donor suffers from polymyalgia pneumatica. The culture was initiated on 5/12/92 by transformation of lymphocytes with Epstein Barr virus. The culture grows in suspension and the cell morphology is spherical. The culture is a mosaic with karyotype: 45,X/46,XX; 74%/26%. A lymphoblast culture from the brother of this donor is AG12257. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
