The donor was diagnosed as Turner syndrome based on karyotype analysis of blood lymphocytes prior to submission to the Repository and from characteristic physical features. The culture was initiated on 1/30/85 by transformation of lymphocytes with Epstein Barr virus. The cells grow in suspension and their morphology is spherical. The karyotype is 45,X. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
