M. Wagner, Research Triangle Park, NC, (personal communication) reported that PCR analysis of DNA from this somatic cell hybrid gave positive results with primers for 8p21.3-cen, D8S259, 8q11, MOS, and 8q13-q22.1, D8S286, and gave negative results with primers for 8p22, D8S258, 8q22.2, D8S271, 8q22.3, D8S276, and 8q24.3-qter, D8S263. PCR analysis of DNA from this somatic cell hybrid gave positive results with primers for 8p12, D8S87, 8p21-p11.2, LHRH, and 8q11.22-q12, D8S260, and gave negative results with primers for 8p23-p22, DEF1, 8q23-q24, D8S199, 8q24, TG, and 8q22.2, D8S270. |
